Cardinal Path Associate Director to Facilitate Canadian IT Standards Sessions

Cardinal Path’s Associate Director, Data Science & Engineering, Nathaniel Payne has been tapped to facilitate the face-to-face working sessions for the Information Technology Association of Canada’s (ITAC) Data Science & Analytics Steering Committee.

“I’m honored to be part of this team and tasked with producing the Data Science & Analytics NOS and LO/CS for ITAC”, says Payne.

The NOS standards set the job requirements for various positions that graduates from Business Technology Management (BTM) programs in Canadian universities may pursue while focusing on careers in Data Science & Analytics. When completed & fully published, these standards will impact both the curriculum taught and the hiring practices and job descriptions at thousands of Canadian ICT (Information and Communications Technology) firms who are looking to hire Data Science & Analytics graduates.
