How to measure social media impact seminar, April 28th 2010

Due to demand, PublicInsite will be repeating its seminar on how to measure and track the impact of social media on April 28th, 2010 from 9:00 – 12:00. “More than just Followers and Fans: Track impact from social media initiatives” is a three hour seminar delivered in partnership with the Advertising Coordination and Partnerships Directorate of Public Works and Government Services. The seminar touches on key aspects of how to implement and successfully measure the effectiveness of your social media strategy, as well as understand how your digital assets are being consumed and repurposed across the social media landscape.

Topics covered include:

    – What are the three simple steps you can take to start measuring social media impact
    – How a successful social media strategy can drive down on-site traffic and what you can do to mitigate this
    – “Social Media phone home” – why a measurement strategy should be part of your social media initiative
    – Best practices drawn from client experiences
