Based on the study of hundreds of organizations and data collected through the Online Analytics Maturity self-assessment, we can confirm the lack of a systematic, proven methodology is the biggest impediment to developing a culture of digital analytics within organizations. With a benchmark score of 1.5 out of 5, Methodology and Process is the weakest of the six key areas identified by the OAMM based on 234 opted-in results filled between December 2011 and December 2012. At Cardinal Path we are adopting a Lean Six Sigma approach alongside Agile development concepts, to streamline our analytics practice. We are currently working hard to complete the development of a new full-day training that will first be offered at eMetrics Toronto in March and eMetrics San Francisco in April. Chicago and Boston are also coming up in June and September respectively. DAA members get a 20% discount or use promo code “TOUR2013” to get 10% off.
