John  Hossack has been working with organizations to help them improve the performance of their online channels for over 13 years. As a thought leader in the analytics, usability and conversion testing space and a sought-after speaker for events across North America including eMetrics, Web Analytics Association, and American Marketing Association, John is also Past President of the International Internet Marketing Association. Prior to his career in web, John was a treasury manager and currency trader with Western Union Business Solutions. He holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a BSc in Economics from the University of Victoria.
